Our company is local, family owned, and family operated. We have been in business for 38 years,
and we have over 42 years experience in all types of construction. We are located in Felicity, in Clermont County, Ohio, and provide services to all of Clermont County and Greater Cincinnati.
Bill Powers has worked all over the United States as Construction Superintendent and has extensive experience ranging from
mall store construction to garden shop build-outs for K-Mart to Hospital department remodeling. For the past several years,
he and his son have been finishing basements, remodeling kitchens, building house add-ons, and other small construction jobs.
We do everything from framing to carpentry, basement remodels, electric, HVAC, plumbing, custom counter tops and
cabinetry. We deal directly with manufacturers and cut out the middle man, saving the customer money.
We are completely licensed in construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electric. We are completely insured and bonded, and our work is guaranteed.
